Vanvasi Seva Kendra has an interesting genesis. The underdeveloped Kaimur plateau area of Bihar attracted the attention of Late Jay Prakash Narayan and some of his associates in course of drought and famine relief work through Bihar Relief Committee during 1966-67.

OUR MILLETS PRODUCTS

Vanvasi Seva Kendra is promoting millets production on Kaimur plateau. The organization has a millets processing unit at Adhaura sponsored by NABARD, Patna by which value added products are made by our own millets production and purchasing millets from farmers.

The millets products can be purchased directly from the Vanvasi Seva Kendra, head quarters at Adhaura or from our sub-centre at Bhabua by contacting following persons.
